Feeding the ducks

Today we went to see Grandma and Grandpa Bob Bob.

My grandma has just come home from a holiday in Australia.

So today she was a little bit tired.

But not too tired to take me to feed the ducks for the very first time.

I like ducks.

Pudding tummy

Today I discovered my pudding tummy.

I ate most of my dinner.

And then I refused to eat anymore.

Because I was full.

But then my mummy brought out the petit filous.

And I ate a whole tub.

Its ok though because my dinner tummy was full but my pudding tummy was empty!

Bad hair day

Today was a bad hair day.

No amount of coaxing or brushing would make my hair stay down.

But you know what?

I like it!

Celebalike

Today we played a fun new game.

Celebalike.

Apparently, I look like a man called Louis Walsh.

as well as Keanu Reeves, Ashley Cole and Ashton Kutcher.

My daddy apparently has a 75% likeness to David Beckham and a 71% likeness to Brad Pitt.

He thinks thats a good one.

Although, when he is larking about he looks more like 'The Hoff'.

Teeth

Today its official.

I have teeth!

They hurt a lot.

But Sophie La Giraffe lets me bite her which helps!

Funday friday

Today was a busy day.

In the morning we went swimming.

Then we went for breakfast.

Then we went to the shops.

Then we went home for lunch.

Then we went to the hospital.

(the doctor said my lump had completely gone)

Then we went walked home.

By which time it was time for bath & bed
after some larking about!!!!

Craftanoon II

Today Leila invited us over to her house for Craftanoon II.

This week we painted baby grows.

Here is the one that I made.

Birthday lunch

Today the mummy of my friend Mariella had her birthday.

So all of our mummies went to out to lunch.

I got to eat grown up food in a restaurant.

Except that I didn't like it.

The food was cold.

So I refused to eat it and had milk instead.

Which meant today I only managed 2 grown up meals.
Maybe I'll try harder tommorrow!

Monkey

Today my mummy said that I was a little monkey.

My mummy thinks I should be having 3 grown up meals a day but I just want to lark about.

And so I did.

Larking about

Today my mummy and I did lots of larking about.

I like larking about with my mummy.

She makes me laugh.

A lot.

Eating out

Today I had lots of visitors. 

My great Auntie Barbie, my great Uncle Mike, my first-cousin-once-removed, John and Grandpa BobBob.

We went out for lunch.

I ate grown up food in a restaurant for the very first time.

It was messy.

Boozing

Today I went out to lunch with my mummy and daddy.

My daddy was a little bit tired today.

My mummy says its because he was out 'boozing' with Uncle Dan last night.

That's because its Uncle Dan's birthday this weekend.

This is my daddy doing 'boozing'.

I'm not sure what 'boozing' is but from what my mummy said its when you drink lots and are then very tired.

I must do a lot of 'boozing'.

Today I went to the pub with my friend Mariella.

We like to start the weekend with a nice bottle of milk in the pub.

Our mummies like to start the weekend with a nice glass of wine in the pub!

Baby Sensory

Today is Thursday.

On Thursdays I go to Baby sensory.

It was half term this week so lots of my friends weren't there this week.

But my buddy Zach was there.

I showed Zach my rolling over by bundling him.

I don't think he liked it as he duffed me in the face!

This is my buddy Zach.

Each week we sing songs, do some signing and play with things that make noise.

This week there was a light show.

It was really good.

Next week its 'Under the Sea' week.

I'll need to take my flippers along!

Today it is Valentines Day.

Roses are Red.

Singing

Today my mummy did lots of singing.

Sometimes my mummy's singing scared me.

It didn't sound anything like the lady on the radio singing.

The lady on the radio has a lovely singing voice.

Her name is Whitney Houston.

New clothes

Today I wore my new clothes.

My mummy buys my clothes for me.

She's good at choosing clothes.

Thats because she works in fashion.

But that hasn't always been the case.

This is my mummy when she wasn't very good at buying clothes.

Come on the reds

Today I watched my favourite football team with my daddy and my grandpa.

But they lost.

Even though I was wearing my football top.

Swimming

Today we went swimming.

Even though it was snowing.

And the class is at 8.30am.

But this week I didn't cry.

Even though I went under the water.

4 times.

Craftanoon

Today my friend Cass invited me round to his house for 'Craftanoon'.

'Craftanoon' is when we all get together to make something.

This was our very first 'Craftanoon'.

Here we all are.
Me, Alfie, Mariella, Zach and Leila.

Cass isn't here as he had gone to bed.

But Cass did wake up to make some stuff.

I made a card for my daddy.
My mummy helped me.

But I haven't given it to him yet so I'll keep it a surprise until I give it to him.

Ouch!!

Today we went to see the nurse.

I gave her a big, big smile.

And she stabbed me in the leg.

Not once

Not twice

But THREE times!

But now I don't have to have anymore injections for a long time.

Emily's Birthday

Today it was my cousin Emily's 10th birthday.

She had a party.

And a cake.

With candles.

And dancing. 

(well the cake had candles and there was dancing at the party - she didn't have a dancing cake!).

Butternut squash

Today my highchair arrived.

Its reeeeaaaaalllly cool. 

So cool that my mummy forgot about being cross that it had taken 5 days to arrive, when she paid £9 for an express delivery in 1-2 days.

Now that I have a highchair and not the rubbish bumbo seat, we are doing proper grown up food.

Today I had butternut squash.

It was tasty.

And messy.

Snow!!!

Today was exciting.

Last night it snowed.

I've never seen snow before and I couldn't help but stare. It was so white and bright!

My daddy took me to the park to play in the snow.

Daddy decided I was too small to go sledging after all.

Mummy didn't think it was a good idea at all, especially with my shoes falling off.

So I had my very first go on the swings.

That was fun but all I could think about was the big sneaky poo I had in my nappy!

I love the weekend

I love the weekend

Not because I've been working hard all week

But because at the weekend Daddy is home to goon about with me all day long

And I like gooning about with daddy

He lets me bash things

Bunking off

Today my mummy and I bunked off swimming.

Its naughty I know but...

The class is at 8.30am

And it was cold

And its a half hour walk

And my mummy hadn't packed our bags

And my mummy didn't feel very well

And last week I cried the whole time

So my mummy made the executive decision not to go swimming

I didn't mind really as mummy and I played together instead (in the warm!)

My very first party

Today I went to my very first birthday party. 

It was fun. 

The birthday girl is 2 today and much bigger than me but her little brother is even littler than me. 

They have a whole playroom to play in and its even got their very own ball-pit. 

I sat in there for a bit but as I can't yet crawl, I mostly had a good old kick about on the floor. 

At tea time, I got to sit at the head of the table in a highchair!!!

 A highchair!!!

I've not sat in one of those before. 

It was good. 

Much better than the Bumbo seat mummy always puts me in but my mummy said that she has ordered me my very own highchair on the internet.

When it was time to go we got a party bag.

Here is my very first party bag.

It had bubbles, playdoh and cake in it.

Mummy ate the cake but she said I could have the bubbles & playdoh!
